Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana. Our mission is to provide a path of well-being for our patients through high-quality, cost-effective, and coordinated care that delivers superior outcomes and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O.
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
  • Valid DEA and CDS licenses (or ability to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 - $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
